  • Technology

The development and use of technology tools are crucial to managing the complexity of today’s challenges.

Design Thinking is an innovation process,

a human-centered framework, that guides innovators through deeply understanding problems, to collaboratively and iteratively developing ideal solutions.

Design Thinking is also a culture,

a set of values, beliefs, and practices that foster creativity, community, and innovation. You needn’t implement the entire process.

  • Individual creativity is the foundation of innovation

  • The sharing of ideas sparks even more innovative ideas

  • Innovation lies at the intersection of disciplines

  • Diversity drives innovation

  • Every insight and idea from every participant has value

  • There is no such thing as a bad idea
