Gain New Skills

The Innovation Hub represents Higher Ed 2.0. We encourage learning on your own and learning from your peers outside of class. We provide expert support for your interests in emerging technologies and innovation methods. We provide WEEKLY activities and events to bring innovative students together, and workshops to further your knowledge and skills. We also provide traditional credit-earning classes that meet your Liberal Studies requirements. Come hang out, make friends, have fun, and take your college experience to the next level!

Develop Impactful Solutions

Being a student innovator takes more than understanding technology; it requires knowing how to work with others from other disciplines with different prospectives in productive ways. Because we all know that INNOVATION LIES AT THE CROSSROADS OF DISCIPLINES. The Innovation Hub offers courses in Design Thinking and Systems Thinking and hosts events like our 24-hour Design Sprint where you can jump on a team to solve real world problems with a chance to win prize money!

Create in 3D across the Physical and Virtual Worlds

Visit our Fablab and witness the biggest and busiest makerspace on campus. Submit 3D Print requests from the Fablab Website, learn about 3D Printing in our classes and workshops. Consult with our experts to bring your imagines creations into the real world!

Interested in virtual reality? gaming? 3D design? Our New and Immersive Media Design program is for you! Check out our state of the art developer workstations in the Rubini Lab. Enroll in our Intro to VR course to launch your future as a VR developer.

The Innovation Hub is a great place to hang out between classes, or meet up with friends. Everyone is made to feel welcome. It doesn’t matter your level of technical expertise. We believe EVERYONE is born to CREATE and INNOVATE. We also believe that DIVERSITY is the key to INNOVATION. We provide many ways to make CONNECTIONS with other students.
